How to Gift TWC Virtual Concert Tickets: A Step by Step Guide

We know that many of you share A Candlelight Christmas with your friends and family year after year, and that this year will be little different. Luckily, gifting tickets to TWC online concerts is easy, and below is a quick guide to show you how:

Step 1: Purchase the number of tickets you need from TWC’s Website.

You will need to purchase one ticket for each device that will be streaming the concert, typically one device per household.

Step 2: Access Your Ticket Confirmation Email

Once you complete your ticket order, you will receive a confirmation email from ‘The Washington Chorus’, which confirms your tickets purchase and contains your digital tickets. It is important to retain this email, as you will reach the livestream by clicking on the ‘Access Online Event’ button attached to your ticket on the date and time of the concert.

Step 3: Open Your Order Receipt

Individual tickets are sent through the digital receipt in your ticket confirmation. To reach your receipt, click on the ‘View Receipt’ button at the bottom of your confirmation email:

Every ticket purchased has its own unique access code and button. On your receipt, you will see an order summary like the one below, and using the email or text button, you can send an individual ticket to its recipient.

It is important to keep a record of who in your party has received which ticket, as TWC staff will only have the contact information of the person that placed the ticket order. Once activated, each ticket is tied to one device for one hour.
