Youth Programs

As part of its mission, The Washington Chorus is committed to nurturing the next generation of choral singers. The following summarizes some of the programs offered as part of TWC's commitment to education:

Side by Side

Each year, the Side by Side program selects up to two outstanding local community choruses to partner with The Washington Chorus for the unique experience of rehearsing and performing alongside a world-class symphonic chorus on the Kennedy Center and Strathmore Concert Hall stages. During the Candlelight Christmas concerts, the groups perform their own set of music as well as sing within full chorus.
