Catherine Law

Catherine Law joined the Board of The Washington Chorus in November 2024 and has sung with TWC for 12 seasons in the soprano section. Catherine’s early love of music began with singing in church choirs and performing in school bands including high school and college marching bands (she played bass clarinet and tenor saxophone). She has continued singing in church choirs and other ensembles throughout college and her adult life, and served on the board of the Washington Women’s Chorus, which she also sang in until it ceased operations in 2012.

Professionally, Catherine has been practicing health and science communications in the Washington, DC, area for more than 25 years. She holds a Master of Technical and Scientific Communication degree from Miami University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Kent State University.
