Part-Time Position
The Special Events Fellow assists in a range of activities surrounding the annual Chorus Gala, held each spring. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working with donors, planning a large-scale fundraising event, and managing development goals and campaigns. The successful candidate will have excellent organization, communication, and computer skills, have the ability to multitask, manage a project with a holistic approach, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
Processing reservations
Soliciting auction items
Strategizing the silent auction and live appeal with auction committee and board
Event logistics, particularly for the silent auction and live appeal
Acknowledgment letters and cultivation
