Lisa Ann McLane
Lisa is a Director in the Guidehouse Financial Services Advisory and Compliance Segment. She oversees business development activities for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Account and leads the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility Volunteer Pillar. She is a highly skilled and experienced business professional who can parachute into any organization and leverage people and technology to deliver optimum results.
Prior to joining Guidehouse, Lisa spent more than three decades at the Treasury Department where she held several key positions such as Senior Advisor to the Treasury Chief Information Officer and Staff Director of the IRS Oversight Board where she supported a board of Presidential Appointees that included the IRS Commissioner and the Treasury Secretary. Prior to joining Treasury, Lisa spent 24 years at the IRS leading compliance, customer service, project management and submission processing organizations. She served as a Senior Operations Advisor to several IRS Division Commissioners and was Director of the Affordable Care Act Project Management Office, spearheading the business planning for the largest set of tax changes that ever hit the tax system. Lisa also led high-profile initiatives for several IRS Commissioners that included redesigning complex tax forms, changing tax policies to save taxpayer burden, and developing corporate strategies to address compliance gaps and combat tax fraud.
Since joining Guidehouse, Lisa has further diversified her leadership skills through supporting Public Sector clients and mentoring Guidehouse employees. Lisa remains passionate about solving complex problems, leading people and helping organizations boost employee engagement to deliver exceptional results.
Lisa is a graduate of the IRS Executive Readiness Program and a member of the Board of Trustees for The Washington Chorus. She attended Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and majored in communications.
