Jeri Darling
Jeri Darling has been a member of The Washington Chorus since 2002. She was raised in a musical family and has sung in choruses from a young age, starting with Cleveland’s Singing Angels and in choral groups in locations including Los Angeles and New York. She is an avid music and theater fan.
Professionally, Jeri works as a consultant and executive coach in the areas of strategy, leadership, and organizational performance. She has been a trusted advisor to many leaders and executive teams, designing and facilitating leadership development programs, change initiatives, and new strategies and structures. Her most recent corporate role was as VP, Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness with BAE Systems. She has also held senior roles with Mercer Delta/Oliver Wyman, Northrop Grumman, and Work in America Institute. She has been a member of several boards, including HR People & Strategy.
Jeri is a faculty member with the Georgetown Leadership Coaching program and American University’s Executive Program. She has a MA from George Washington University in Education and Human Development, a MBA from Case Western Reserve University, and a BA from the University of Wisconsin in International Relations. She holds the ICF Professional Coach Certification (PCC).
She lives in Kensington, MD with her husband Lloyd, who is a huge TWC supporter. They both love to travel and have recently become delighted grandparents.
